This statue of the great humorist and philosopher, Will Rogers, stands just outside the Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City. Roger has always reminded me of Will Rogers. Roger and Will are both blue-eyed men of the Cherokee tribe, both Oklahoma cowboys and they both have a great sense of humor. Will said he “never met a man he didn’t like” and our neighbor has always said Roger “never met a cow he didn’t like!” LOL

The statue is a reminder that it’s a great day to get moving on whatever your dreams and goals may be.
